Rental Terms

Units have 12 x 14' overhead doors, 16 ft ceiling, 120 V outlet for trickle battery charge and overhead LED light.  Please call Bob at 501 270 0533 for additional questions. 

Rent is $525/month on a month to month basis.  $250 Security deposit due with first months rental. 

All units are rented on a month-to-month recurring basis with a 30 day notice to terminate.
